Personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as "data") is processed by us only in the context of the necessity and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents and the services offered there.

In accordance with Article 4 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter named as the “GDPR”), “processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

With the following privacy policy, we inform you in particular about the nature, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data, as far as, we either alone or together with others, decide on the purposes and means of processing. In addition, we will inform you below about the third-party components that we use for optimization purposes and to increase the quality of use, insofar as third parties process data in their own responsibility.

Rights of users and persons concerned

With regard to the data processing, which is described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right

  • for confirmation if the data in question is processed
  • information about the processed data, further information about the data processing and copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR);
  • for correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);
  • for immediate deletion of the data concerning them (see also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing pursuant to Art. 17 (3) GDPR is required, to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR;
  • for receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and on the transmission of this data to other providers / controllers (see also Art. 20 GDPR);
  • for complaint to the supervisory authority, if they consider that the data concerning them are processed by the provider in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR).

In addition, the provider is obliged to notify any recipients to whom data have been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing, acc. to Articles 16, 17 (1), 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or disproportionate. Notwithstanding, the user has a right to be informed about these recipients.

Furthermore, according to Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to future data processing concerning them, as far as the data provided is processed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of direct advertising is permitted.

Information about data processing

Your data processed on the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is omitted, the deletion of the data does not conflict with statutory retention requirements and subsequently no other information is given about individual processing methods.

Server data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet Presence, data is transmitted through your Internet browser to us or to our web space provider. With these so-called server log files following data are collected among others type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you have changed to our website (Referer URL), the subsites of our website you visit, the date and time of access and the IP address of the Internet connection, from which the use of our Internet presence occurs.

The so collected data will be temporarily stored, however they will not be stored together with other data about you.

This storage is based legally on Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our valid interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.

The data will be deleted at the latest after seven days, as long as no further storage for evidence is required. Otherwise, the data will be wholly or partially exempt from the cancellation until the final clarification of an incident.

Your data will be deleted, provided that your request has been finally answered and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements, such as in the event of subsequent contract execution.

On our website we use Google Maps for the representation of our location as well as for the creation of a driving description. This is a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereafter referred to as "Google."

Google guarantees that EU Data Protection Standards will be respected even when processing data in the US.

In order to enable the representation of certain writings on our Internet appearance, a connection to the Google server in the USA is set up when viewing our Internet appearance.

Provided that you access the Google Maps component integrated in our Website, Google will store a Cookie on your device via your Internet Browser. To view our location and provide directions, your user settings and data are processed. Here we cannot rule out that Google uses Servers in the United States.

Online job applications / Publication of job advertisements

We offer you the opportunity to send us your application via our website. In these digital applications, your application and data will be electronically collected and processed by us to handle the application process.

Legal basis for this processing is § 26 Abs. 1 S. 1 BDSG i.V.m. Art. 88 (1) GDPR.

If an employment contract is concluded after the application process, we will save your submitted application data in your personal file for the purpose of the normal organizational and administrative process - of course, taking into account the further legal obligations.

When rejecting an application, we will automatically delete the data submitted to us two months after notification of the rejection. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) DSGVO and § 24 Abs. 1 No. 2 BDSG. Our legitimate interest is in the legal defense or enforcement.

If you expressly agree to a longer storage of your data, for example, for your inclusion in an applicant or interest database, the data will be further processed on the basis of your consent. Legal basis is then Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. Of course, you can revoke your consent at any time according to Art. 7 (3) GDPR by declaring to us with effect for the future.
